Terms of use

Wisdomap is operated by Wisdomap Ltd, a registered private company registered in the United Kingdom. By using Wisdomap you agree to abide by these terms, and to check this page for updates to the terms of use.

  1. You confirm that you are legally an adult in your country of residence.
  2. You accept that you alone are responsible for the security of your account and password.
  3. You agree to notify Wisdomap Ltd immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breach.
  4. You agree not to copy any design or content from Wisdomap, or reformat or frame any web page.
  5. You agree not to use any robot, spider, other automated device to access Wisdomap.
  6. You agree not to sell, trade, resell, or otherwise exploit any Wisdomap account.
  7. You agree not to upload any content that is considered illegal under English law.
  8. You acknowledge that any internet user can access shared maps at their URL, making them effectively public.
  9. We provide all services, free and paid, "as is" without warranty or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringment.
  10. We are never liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever. This includes those resulting from reliance of the software, loss of use, data or profits, delays or business interruptions.
  11. We are never liable for any loss caused by someone else using your password or account (with or without your knowledge).
  12. We do not claim any ownership of uploaded text, images, videos, files, or other content.
  13. We will not use any of your content except for the functionality of Wisdomap.
  14. We may remove or refuse access to Wisdomap to any user who violates these terms.
  15. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the Wisdomap software.
  16. We reserve the right to upgrade, improve and modify the service at any timy.
  17. We may terminate any free accounts that have not been accessed for six months or more.
  18. We reserve the right to modify annual rates for access to the service at any time.
  19. We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer of ownership of Wisdomap Ltd, such as acquisition by or merger with another company. You will be notified prior to this happening.
  20. We will refund any payment on request, within fourteen days after purchase.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with Wisdomap will be brought solely in England, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
